10-Day Return Window
Leafscigarlounge.com offers a 10-day return policy based on the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original packaging, properly wrapped, and in re-sellable condition.
Return Process
All returns must be shipped prepaid to our New Jersey facility:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Defective Products
Our policy covers defective products identified within 10 days of purchase. Customers may choose between a replacement of the defective product or a full refund.
- Requirement: No replacement or refund will be issued until the initial item is received at the New Jersey address listed above.
- Exclusions: If you attempt to return a product after the 10-day period has expired, leafscigarlounge.com reserves the right to refuse the delivery or deny the refund/replacement request.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our quality control and individual review process. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to honor a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, provided the return is initiated within the 10-day window and the product is returned in its original packaging.
Specific Policy for Cigars
Note: As with all returns, no cash credit or product replacement will be granted until the items are delivered to our NJ facility for inspection.
Damaged Seals: If a box of cigars is delivered with a broken or missing quality control seal, you are entitled to a full refund or immediate replacement.
